Partner questions
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Each month you receive half of what Tallo earned from each venue you referred, until you've been paid $500 for that venue. Venues that pay us more get you to $500 faster.
What counts as what Tallo earned?
The subscription fees the venue pays us, plus our margin on Tallo Pay processing after card network and provider costs. Refunds, chargebacks and credits are deducted.
What if a venue is on the Free plan?
A venue on the Free plan that uses its own processor doesn't generate revenue for us, so it doesn't generate a payout. If it upgrades or starts using Tallo Pay, payouts start.
What if the venue leaves?
You keep everything already paid. Payouts stop while a venue isn't paying, and any balance not reached within 24 months of the venue going live lapses.
Who counts as a referral?
A venue that's new to Tallo, that you introduced, and that goes live on a paid plan or Tallo Pay. Full terms are in the partner agreement we send once your application is approved.
Do I need to be an ISO?
No. Agents, restaurant consultants, accountants and hardware resellers are all welcome. If you work with independent venues, let's talk.
