Pricing questions
What does interchange-plus mean?
Interchange is the fee the card networks and the cardholder's bank charge on every card payment. It varies by card type. With interchange-plus you pay that exact cost plus a fixed, published markup — on the US Plus plan, 0.35% + 8¢ — instead of one flat rate. For higher-volume venues it's usually cheaper, and it's always transparent.
Are there any other fees?
Hardware you choose to buy (readers, printers) is a one-off purchase. Optional services like instant payouts show their price on screen before you use them. There's no long-term contract and no early termination fee.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down at any time. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Do prices include tax?
US prices are in USD and exclude any sales tax that applies to software subscriptions in your state. Australian prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
